The San Gabriel Valley Chapter of The National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives Relief Fund was established to assist NOBLE Members who have suffered catastrophic loss and/or are facing an emergency financial hardship caused by the 2025 wildfires. All cases are unique and reviewed with rigor, confidentiality and sensitivity. All applicants are encouraged to review these guidelines before completing an application.

What is defined as catastrophic loss or an emergency financial hardship? Catastrophic loss includes the loss of a primary residence, vehicle and/or essential personal belongings that have arisen as a result of the recent wildfires in Eaton Canyon, the Pacific Palisades and the surrounding areas.

Who is eligible to apply for a grant? All active and former NOBLE members are eligible to apply for assistance through the online application.

A note to grant recipients: This fund provides emergency financial assistance, not long-term or ongoing needs. Applicants are eligible to receive an immediate $250.00 grant. Additional grants may be applied for after a 90-day period.

Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact Darryl Qualls, President of the San Gabriel Valley Chapter of NOBLE or Chris Waters, President of the Southern California Chapter of NOBLE.
