Mission

To ensure equity in the administration of justice in the provision of public service to all communities, and to serve as the conscience of law enforcement by being committed to justice by action.

Vision

The goal of NOBLE is to be recognized as a highly competent, public service organization that is at the forefront of providing solutions to law enforcement issues and concerns, as well as to the ever-changing needs of our communities.

who we are

The National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) was founded in September 1976 during a three-day symposium in Washington, DC to address crime in urban and low-income areas. NOBLE represents over 3,200 members internationally, primarily African American Chief Executive Officers of law enforcement agencies at federal, state, and municipal levels who are committed to “Justice by Action”.

The San Gabriel Valley Chapter (SGV) was established in 2003 and covers the area from Burbank east to the Inland Empire. The San Gabriel Valley Chapter has played an integral role in accomplishing its mission through outreach programs that not only educate but also nurture, strengthen and validate our youth.
